Before you decide to drive to Rapid City you should read this article. TV stations always sensationalize reports that's why I always try to find newspaper stories instead. Do what you want but I wouldn't run on this one.

I can't find anyhting on Maine yet but the reports look very good. The only problem is most of the towns are small.
