No Luck
So far I haven't been able to track down any independant confirmations of the hail damage reports from Sauk Centre, MN or Mission, TX. I've found a really weak confirmation for
Idaho Springs, CO.

"Golf ball-size hail fell near Idaho Springs in Clear Creek County,
east of Nederland in Boulder County and near
several communities in Washington County."
Now you see what I mean about a weak confirmation. Especially for a town with only 2,000 people.
